1.) We all know stuff happens so before you leave delegate some responsibility and if a problem pops up while you are away, you have got it redirected.
2.) Set some connectivity ground rules and stick to them! eg screen curfew, charge your phone in a different room.
3.) Plan some alternative activities – reading, writing or start a jigsaw puzzle.
4.) What’s your favourite? Beach, Botanical or Bush! Organise some time outdoors.
