Two: Take yourself out to breakfast or lunch.
Find some time to take yourself out for a meal- YOU DESERVE IT! Now here’s the catch, leave your devices at home. Just take an A4 piece of paper and a pen so you can evaluate what’s going on with you. Write down the one thing you are not doing – that if you did do – it would make the most significant difference to your life right now. Find out what your hesitations are- is it limiting fears, is it limiting emotions, is it simply because you don’t know how to do it. Decide what needs to be done for this to change. Will you need to delegate these tasks or do you need to find somebody such as a life coach or business coach/consultant to assist you from A-Z. Whatever you need to, enjoy a long lunch and a moment to build a roadmap to change.
Three: Organise your life.
Check in with yourself and ask, am I really as organised as I could be? What else could you be doing to make your day run smoothly? Often when we are unorganised, or unmotivated, it could be that we aren’t sure unconsciously which task we should be doing first. Do the research, list out the tasks that need to be done and prioritise them. What really needs to be done? Only choose three things that NEED to be done and make sure you succeed in getting them done for that day. Completing a list of tasks and seeing results can kickstart motivation and make you feel a sense of accomplishment. It also can remove the overwhelming feeling when we can break our tasks down into smaller tasks.
Are you finding it hard to get out of the slump of procrastination? Book in for a FREE Discovery call to find out how we can spark the motivation back into your life.

Hi, I’m Kylie-Ann, it is not the things that happen outside yourself that affect you the most. What goes on inside your head is the most powerful indicator of your success as a person. So, if your thinking becomes clearer and more empowered, so does your life.
